Trk 17 arrived and set up aerial operations and the land owner used their equipment to move bales around to assist with extinguishment. Units operated O/S for over 5 hours working to contain the fire, and an estimated 900 hay bales burned. Eng 43 (Sta 4) transferred to Co 17 while our units were committed on scene. Smoke may still be visible for the few days as the hay continues to smolder.
